Please explain to me if this is safe to do so.
im selling an item and this person is giving me good money.
but its only available if i send the item first
i never experienced this before so i am afraid it will be a scam.
i dont understand why i got a paypal email through my "SPAM" folder
and why PayPal doesnt have a "pending" tab where i can see that he did pay

im afraid this is a scam.
please help.

Hi MO_

It is a scam

NEVER send an item until you see cleared payment in your account

When you get paid you receive a confirmation email from ppal and will see the payment in your account

If you have received any emails from "ppal" they are not from ppal but fake ones from your scammer thats why they are in your spam!
