Please explain to me if this is safe to do so. im selling an item and this person is giving me good money. but its only available if i send the item first i never experienced this before so i am afraid it will be a scam. i dont understand why i got a paypal email through my "SPAM" folder and why PayPal doesnt have a "pending" tab where i can see that he did pay im afraid this is a scam. please help.
