Wrong Information

So, yesterday I was sent money through PayPal. I wanted to transfer that money to my bank account and in doing so they asked for my account number. I couldn't find my account number at the time so I used my card number. But I transferred money using the wrong information I put in. They said the transfer was complete and I don't see my money in my bank account and I'm freaking out. A couple hours after putting in my card number I actually found the account number. Is my money safe? Can I get it back?

Suggest you phone PayPal customer service help as soon as you can.

I am very confused by your post, you received money yesterday and requested a bank transfer which is saying it is completed even though PP is on a 3-4 bank account transfer processing delay.   On an ACH if the routing number and account number do not link to an account at the other institution the ACH will error out and the transfer will never happen.  That being said it can take a few days for someone in accounting to catch and transfer back into your account.  You still have time to phone pp but unsure as to what a customer service rep can do, the manager might be able to do something though.

I received money but put in the wrong account number. The account number was put in as my card number. On the PayPal app it says the transfer was completed but I don't see my money in my bank account. I am going to call tomorrow so I can see what can be done.
