Withdrawn funds to bank account (but used card number instead)

Hello,

I just recently made a withdrawal to my bank account, but I made a mistake of using my card number instead of my account number. 

The withdrawal was marked "completed". I didn't get the money yet but it still hasn't been a week though.

My question is this, can I receive the money I withdrew to MY BANK ACCOUNT using MY CARD NUMBER and not my account number?

I wouldn't think so, but normally if the info is incorrect the funds will bounce back to your paypal account balance.

May I know If how many days does it take for my money to retrieve in my PayPal account?

I don't work for paypal but i have heard it takes about a week.
