Hi everyone,
I've recently added a new Bank Account to my Paypal account. My new Bank Account is for USD transaction. However, when I try to withdraw money, PayPal automatically makes currency conversion into my national currency. I think it is only because I'm from India so they assume that all my Account are in India? I see no option to change it, please suggest me.

You are from India. This suggests you are no longer in India, so where are you now?
There are details lacking about your current PayPal account.

It seems quite as expected that you could only withdraw funds in your local currency when using PayPal.
Why not go into your local USD bank branch and withdraw funds there in-person?
