Use Paypal to Transfer money from my US account to a Canadian account

I live in the US but I also have a Canadian bank account. My current paypal account is with paypal.com (however i could create a paypal.ca account as well if I need to)
I want to transfer money from my US bank acocunt to my canadian bank account. I have candian account in both US and CDN funds.
1 can i register wih candian bank with my us Paypal account?
2 If so can i transfer money from one account to the other?
3 If so what is the fee for that?
4 If I cannot do the above, can i transfer money from my paypal.com account to my paypal.ca account (if i need to create it I can)

You cannot add a Canadian bank account to a US PayPal account. You should only open an account in the country in which you live. Opening an account in another country causes complications that may lead to limitation of one or even both accounts.
