Withdraw funds in UAE

Hi,

   I have a personal paypal account and living i UAE. I've check that you can only withdraw funds if you have business paypal account which you need all necessary legal documents to submit, unfortunately I cant provide this things as I only use paypal to my personal use. Is there a workaround for this?
