Why do I have a negative balance?

I had three payments totaling $23.48 which didn't clear. Three days ago my bank paid them but now I have a -$23.48 balance...if my bank paid them why do I still have a negative balance?

It sounds as if the payments that were sent failed, and the secondary funding source didn't cover the purchase either. When that happens, the PayPal account will go negative and the bank may see another debit. I'm betting the bank paid them this time around, and the funds just haven't shown up yet (it can take three to five business days). If this was a few days before your post, you should be seeing them post into your account soon.
