When I click on Pay Now, I just get taken back to the Invoice screen

I have an invoice that takes Paypal or CC.  When I go into the invoice and specify to use my paypal balance or even my bank, then click Pay Now, it just takes me back to the Invoice.  I have tried IE, Firefox, and Chrome.  Even cleared my cookies and temps.  This has been going on since December 10th.

 

I have opened a case with PayPal, but they are not very quick at responding to me.

Unfortunately there's not much the forum can do at this point.  As you tried the basic troubleshooting steps and opened a Support Ticket, all we can do is suggest that you contact the sender, explain there's a glitch with the invoice and request that they cancel it and try sending a new one.

 

Just to be clear, you did open a Support Ticket, this is different from regular customer support.

I opened a regular support ticket.  The technical support one looks like it's for shop owners.
