I cancelled a request for money from a buyer in France after they payment was made. From my account it looks like the payment was cancelled and refunded in 2 separate transactions. The payment is refunded and then there is a fee reversal from paypal that was refunded, both of those equal the amount charged.
The customer says they received a 100 euro charge from paypal that has not been refunded, is this an extra charge that I can't see? I want them to receive the refund but it looks like everything has been refunded in the system.
