I've got money in my PayPal account , I want to move it to another account. However , PayPal won't take my debit card:
"The bank that issued your card didn't approve this transaction. Please contact the card issuer's customer service department if you have any questions. Or you can add a different card now to continue"
And I've got no way of sorting that. I really do want to transfer the money , but I can't. I'm verified ,but I can't send it.
Sorry, but's your post is a bit confusing. You can use the Send Money feature to send to another Account however, you can't send funds to a card if that's what you intended to do. As you stated in your post, you are verified so it should not be an issue to use the send money feature.
