So someone sent me $700 canadian dollars as a donation. But then a couple of hours later , they claimed that it was an unauthorised payment. I then found out from a few friends that this guy has been trying to abuse the virtual goods policy on paypal... and that he gets away with a lot of things.. He opened a dispute a couple of hours ago , and I didn't even get to post my information on the matter. I had a lot of information to post about him , IP addresses and such - which I didn't even get a post to chance. So Paypal reversed his payment , and I'm stuck with a -£10.22 balance which is ticking me off. I find it annoying that someone donates to me , then charge backs , wins the case and I'm left with a -£10.22 balance and I'm not in the wrong. Is there anything I can do right now , like add in extra information or call customer support when they're open? (it's sort of annoying that they aren't open 24/7).Also , what happens if I don't pay off the negative balance? I don't really work at the moment , and for some reason , my debit card won't link with my paypal account so paypal can't take money out of there. Is there a dead line? O'well. This is annoying.
