Just a "heads up to Firefox users".
There appears to be a problem with viewing statements online using Firefox. When I click on the link to view a statement, it connects to "synchrony?" bank (ebill.onlineebillcenter.com) and downloads a file: readPDF.jsp. That appears basically to be a javascript link to read a pdf file. Thus, nothing appears in the statement window. However, if I click on the "Click Here to Save / Print" link, the PDF file is succesfully downloaded and printed.
This is Firefox 38.0.1 on a Macbook Pro.
If I copy the link to Safari, it opens normally and shows the statement, so this does appear to be a firefox issue.
