Where is the 'View Limits' Button on Paypals site?

Hello,

I got limited with my account and need to confirm my identity. I received your email requesting for additional information PP-004-819-683-539 RXI000.

This link on the email, https://www.paypal.com/compliancepolicy/dashboard) doesn't lead me to a place where I can upload my confirmation document.

The alternative to use the following steps still doesn't work -because I can't locate the 'view limits' button on the Paypal Page:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click "View Limits" next to "Sending and Withdrawal Limits" under your name.
3. Click "Remove limits by identity confirmation".
4. Click "Remove Limit".

Can you please advice me on how to upload the confirmation documents?
