Unauthorized transaction. No contact with buyer

Hello. I have problem. I sold a cs;go account to one guy on 23rd July. I don't remember his skype name. We used it to the converastion. Now he wants his money back saying that transaction was unauthorized. I don't have contact with this person. He don't respond on letter and on email. I would easily proof that he got account and he enjoyed it because I'm sure he got it (he gave me +reputation on forum when I sell these accounts). Now I'm scared because I wrote 2 messages on dispute and he didn't answered. Should I be worried if in 1 week he won't write? Does the paypal take my money than or give it back to me? Thanks

Unfortunately there is no seller protection for virtual items on paypal, you can sell them but at your own risk.

IF paypal agree the payment was unauthorised ( ie his paypal account was hijacked and used without his consent ) then you may well have to pay the money back again.     Smiley Sad

It may have been nothing to do with the conversation, it was probably more to do with the fact that they concluded the buyers unauthorised transaction was not really unauthorised.

But all you can do is wait and see.
