Unable to withdraw money to card

I was previously able to withdraw the money to my card without any problems. Now with this updated website, I am unable to withdraw money, since every time it asks me to confirm my bank account, which is impossible to do since I dont own a US bank account.
PLEASE HELP, Customer service also doesnt recognize my international phone number to validate my account thus I cannot do anything!!!
