I am trying to receive a refund for a purchase but the seller can't send the payment to my account. This is the image that appears to him <removed image containing an email address> He lives in Canada and I in Brazil so the payment is made: CAD > BRL (not sure if it can help but just in case...). I have unblocked all the options on "Payment Receiving Preferences" and he still can't make the payment.
Sugestions, please?

I accidentally included a dot in the end of the link, so just remove it and the image will appear.

For a refund the seller should simply go to the payment transaction and issue a refund. The seller shouldn't be trying to send money as it would not be recorded with the transaction record.
