I have used paypal for almost a decade. Last month I sent money to my brother from what I thought was my paypal account and today I got an email that my billmelater account was late and I now have a late penalty and interest. How did bill me later send my money when I thought I was sending money from my paypal account using "send money". Oh, and the obvious question answered is, yes, I had sufficient money in my paypal account to send it.
