Seller is Claiming I am not Verified

The seller (Medisave.net) uses paypal as an option on their website. My account is "verified" according to the Paypal website. I assume my email address is confirmed since I clicked on confirm and I receive an error saying the email address is already confirmed. The address under my profile is the same and it is "home confirmed." My account is also linked to my bank account and I set up a Bill Me Later account this year.

 

I don't see anything that says I am confirmed or not confirmed on the Bill Me Later site. It is the same address and email as my paypal account.

I forgot to add that I see the payment on my Bill Me Later account.
