Hello, I have sold a 200$ item on Ebay to the buyer with confirmed US address. It was on 18.11.2013. Transaction says "Not Eligible for seller protection".
The problem is that it's been almost 3 months now, but the funds are still not available from this transaction. Any hint?
You should be talking with customer support. As this is a member to member help forum, unfortunately no one here can view or access user account details. Someone needs to look thru your account transaction history for some clues.
