Many buyers of my ebook report that when they pay me by PayPal, and upon checkout click "Return to Merchant", they are NOT brought to the webpage they are supposed to be redirected to that contains the download link, which I have set up in my Seller's Tools.
Some buyers have reported this to me. So PayPal's system has bugs that should be fixed. The checkout process is not reliable in that it does not always bring the buyer to the download page on my site. Sometimes it works, but often it does not. Can you look into it or report this to the development team?
