Is there a way to only accept a Paypal payment if it is funded by a Paypal balance or direct bank transfer and disallow credit/debit cards? I want to take small payments for digital content but, since it's not tangible, that is not covered by Seller Protection so I am concerned about "chargeback abuse". If this isn't an option with the regular Paypal payment process, is it something that can be configured with Express Checkout or any other service offfered by Paypal?
Thanks for any advice

No sorry, you cannot refuse any type of paypal payment however funded.
Also you do not know what payment method your buyer has selected.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
