I had a couple questions about paypal i was hoping i could speak with a real person. I was wondering if there is a monthly fee to having a paypal account or if i have to pay a certain amount to paypal everytime i use it To order things online or something. Also i was wondering if i could just link a credit ir debit card to paypal and continue to use paypal or if i actually have to link my bank and transfer money over manually.

The only people that pay a fee to paypal are sellers who pay a fee per transaction that is deducted from their buyers payment before the rest is credited to their paypal account balance.
Click on "fees" bottom of paypal pages.
It is free to buy using paypal.
You can buy using a card and paypal will debit your card automatically, you don't need funds in your paypal account balance as a buyer.
But in the US you can only withdraw funds from your paypal account balance ie buyers payments to a bank account linked and verified to your paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
