Hello, my names Kingsley & about a year ago I opted to buy a "Stylish accessory" aka a watch from indiegogo kickstarter because for reasons like being trendy, up-to-date during my work hours etc. I'm been pursued by my elder's to ask the manufacturer's/organisation for a refund due to the fact it's technically in my mind a broken accessory.
Here is the kickstarter link:https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/221213970/anicorn-a-designer-watch-unique-concentric-disc-sy
(It's already reached it's goal & passed)
Currently my situation is that the watch is sitting in the parcel it came in due to "Issues that come up when accidentally/frequently jolying the mechanism within the watch discs/mechanism" cost about 180 GBP something equivalent to 320CND ((canadian dollars) not 100% sure why they asked for this currency when they originate in Hong Kong, China). My watch is still within warranty but the fact during work I have a tendancy to move my forearms/wrist into an object does signal it's "built in obsolescence" is rather poor given the fact that we have watch companies now that have lesser manufacturing tolerances (less prone to arriving broken).
Here's a video that I made regarding the issue of which I'm taking to this community for your shared answers & opinions on what to do; I do have a clear mind to ask if I can have a refund.

You can only file a paypal dispute up to 6 months.
If its under warranty then get back to the seller and sort it with them.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Oh thanks for replying. I recently checked my inbox inquiring about it & I was returned a response which sounded beyond this world to me. It is "We are regard to tell you that refund is not included in the warranty. And the warranty also excludes "improper" use of the watch, it is not supposed to hit on the wall." my current work did have a lot of physyical work which may have lead to this issue but I doubt I'd bang a watch on purpose that's 200 GBP...that's in anyone's respect a lot of money on a pretty watch.
Anyway thanks for replying again & I'll try to contact the main boss by legitimate means.
