This is so irritating there seems to be no way to contact paypal . Thier email support does not seem to work the top and sub topic are not working which means i cant move forward without those

 

my problem is - Hostgator ( Hosting company ) had refunded me back and in paypal it does show that the refund is completed but i dont see the balance in my bank or paypal this transaction shows completed on 3rd december i dont understand what to do and whom to contact since thier email support does not work

If I got it right, your PayPal transaction on YOUR activity is showing that the refund for the transaction is complete?  Then, it's complete.  What was the balance immediately before the refund, that is just after the purchase?  What is the balance immediately after the refund completed?

Was the purchase funded from PayPal or your linked bank account?

hey, yeah the transactions shows complete . My paypal account is linked with my debit card . i checked with my bank and got a ful bank statment as it does not show anywhere the the refund was recived and its been quite long paypal transactions shows it was completed on 3rd December

 

All this time i used to think Hostgator (hosting company) have not made refund but i spoke to them and they told me i need to contact paypal and when i check my paypal account it shows transaction completed i tried to contact them throught the email support but it does not seem to work and i am stuck cant find a way to contact paypal 😞
