I've sent money to a person who has received money before from others at his paypal acct. The email notification is all good as like said he has received money from others and recently. When I sent money paypal has said in my transaction details that the recipeint is not registered and the money is unclaimed.
So... what gives with paypal??? What do people suggest???

In that case either you or he has made a "typo" with the email address or he has sent you an incorrect email address.
If you have the cancel option then it means the payment has gone to an email address that is not associated with a paypal account.
Normal reason for that is a typo, even a mis-placed dot would make the payment go wrong.

Uncaimed with a cancel option.
Resolved it myself... Just cancelled it and resent it... it appears to have gone thru as in the person didn't come up as unregistered again. I'm going to assume I did something wrong ie, misplaced period or something like that
