I am on my probation period but a lady received her goods and paypal sent her the email to let them know when she did but she doesnt know where to go to let paypal know she received them! 

Help Pleasee!

Buyers don't have to let paypal know they have received their goods.

 

If its ebay she can leave feedback but that does not count for payment release.

 

If it was an ebay transaction then read this info as the funds are released normally 3 days after your tracking number shows delivery of the item to the buyer.

 

Its the tracking number that paypal rely on to see the buyer got the item, not the buyer themselves.

She received an email that says "please confirm you've received merchandise by going to transaction details page in your PayPal account. She doesn't have a PayPal so I don't understand. I get a message saying if the transaction went smoothly I could receive the money sooner than what it says since I'm still new.
