My paypal account has been running for years and never had an issue with it,however in the last year or so I have been accepting payments online for my business. If the customer has a paypal account it'snot a problem, all is received ok, however if someone hasn't a paypal account there is an option to pay using card payment through paypal. All of this have issues, it won't process the payments...any ideas anyone?
