CREDIT CARD BLOCKED!! PLEASE HELP.

Hey guys, I seem to be having the same problem. I am trying to add my debit card and it keeps being denied. And when I trried emailing Paypal, its said my last 4 digits to my card were invalid. I am using a Visa Debit Card. Whats going on here? I need to pay somebody through paypal for something and things dont look good here...

I hope you found a solution to this problem by now.  Typically this happens if the card issuer is declining the card or telling us that the billing address or security code do not match.

Please let the community know how things turned out. 🙂  We're interested to know if you found a solution and it may help others in the future.
