Question about the PayPal Credit "Payment Plans"..

Newbie here and I have a question. This kinda confuses me. My question is about using PayPal Credit. Where can I find the "payment plan option" or whatever it is called when I am going to purchase an item online? Is it in the online store's website or is paypal going to give me options about the payment once I checked out with Paypal?

It depends on the promotion and other cosiderations at time of purchase.  When available, you will have options at purchase time.
