im just wondering what would happen if someone pays me 10$ for exsample and I send it to my friend, But after i send it to my friend they decide to charge back for what ever reason, would my paypal be at -10$?

Your account will go negative when necessary for chargeback or refunds. You will to then fix it by adding funds.
okay, what if im the reciving the payment from the guy who gets charged back? Will my ballence go down or only his will?

neither, i just saying if the sell gets refunded but sends the money to me. Will i lose it or no?
It depends on the details which won't be avaiable until a problem arises.
