i added my prepaid card on 07/12/2016 and I had to pay a confermantion free of 2.45$. When i check my prepaid card history it says POSMerchandiseReturn? This all happened on the 07/12/2016 but I just noticed it today. i havent spend anything on the card by the way, is it still say buying things thrguoth paypal if this happend? here is what i mean - https://gyazo.com/a79941b501fc2ab6a3bce6929e7cf8bd

I wana buy something that is 50$, but i only have 37$ on my account ( https://gyazo.com/b65553ae3e77368c9804c9285a45cb50 ) . But i also have a prepaid visa card added with a 100$ ballence on it ( https://gyazo.com/ec4e7d9c39bc90bfc411ee73510d59af ) . If i send the 50$ will it take the 13$ automaticaly from my prepaid visa card? thanks

okay, what if im the reciving the payment from the guy who gets charged back? Will my ballence go down or only his will?

im just wondering what would happen if someone pays me 10$ for exsample and I send it to my friend, But after i send it to my friend they decide to charge back for what ever reason, would my paypal be at -10$? Im just wondering 😛 thanks
