Question about bank transfer

So I've done a bank transfer and it told me that it'll take 3-5 days, while it was still "pending" But today it say's completed and I took out my linked bank account, while it just got completed today. Will i be able to recieve my withdrawal bank transfer even when i took out my linked bank account?

It should,ACH takes 2-4 days.

ACH what's that ? even if i close my account too, cause i'm trying to make a new paypal since i've changed my email.

If i close my account right now, would i still be able to get my withdrawal that i've done with bank transfer since it's completed or should i wait till it's in my bank account till i "close my account"
