Problem with veryifying my bank account

Hello community,

 

I have an issue regarding the verifying of my account.

I have received the number to verify through the bank. However when i go to put this in, the area to put the 4 digit code in has a red circle and a cross through it. I cannot put the number in.

I thought it was a browser related problem so I tried a different browser. It had the same problem on chrome, firefox and IE.

This is frustrating as I have an outstanding invoice to be paid.

 

If there are any suggestions, that would be greatly appreciated.

I would attach a screen shot, but cannot find any icon on here that allows me to do this.
