Be forewarned, do not assume a pre-paid debit card account is a bank account. It is just a pre-paid card and you can link it as a card only to your PayPal account. If you want to withdraw to bank account, I suggest you get a proper bank account, ones with a physical location. Not entities that caters to those who choose not to have a bank account but want an alternative to receive financial services and to self bank as PayPal does not accept those. Especially those companies that push pre-paid cards.
