I have a weekly payment I want to cancel now but they arent showing in my preapproved payments nor is it showing up in my acitivty at all. It's like I didn't even pay using my paypal email. Ands its kinda making me mad at this point because i contacted paypal support and the company support 3 different times and I still get no response 😕 anyone know a fix?
Supposedly PayPal is having issues with timely transaction updates to accounts. Lagtime. Give it a couple to several hours for transactions to appear in Activity.
Sorry, don't have an answer to that because this is only a user forum and we have no access to people's accounts or the technical back end server stuff. You will need to contact customer service to open a repair ticket.
