I am a popular youtuber and I was live streaming the other day. I recieved multiple donations from people. Some of the donations came from outside the US and are set to pending like normal. However when I log in I can't find the pending payments anywhere. Weirdly enough I can see all the pending payments when I log in on the app (it says pending and then shows 7 emails and what they sent) but when I log into paypal on my computer to accept them, they do not show up. I also recieved emails saying I must claim the money or it will be sent back but like I said when I log in online it does not show any pending payments. The pending payments only show up when i am on my phone but I can't accept them on my phone and my computer shows 0 pending payments. Is this a bug?
Try to see the Pendings on the Activity page instead of Summary page. If not there, wait a couple of days and check again. You usually have 30 days to claim money, unless PayPal tell you otherwise in the confirmation emails.
