How Do I Remove Instant PP Payment when I make a purchase on ebay?

I can't seem to find out how to remove instant payment via PayPal on ebay. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

To unlink your PayPal and eBay accounts, go here:

http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MyEbay&CurrentPage=MyeBayMyAccounts

In PayPal account section, Click the "Unlink Accounts" link.
