Paypal status shows Refunded

Hello,

I'm new here and I've tried to contact the PayPal two times via Message Center. But no respond once. I'm so disappointed with that.

It's been more than a week since the seller refunded the eBay purchase due to some reason but on the status of the PayPal transaction, it shows as refunded.

I have checked my account balance now and then but it is not showing the amount that refunded to my card.

Why is it taking too long to transfer the refund to my account?

Please help me to resolve that problem.

card refund can take up-to  30 days

You mean the refund transfer to my bank account from PayPal account takes up to 30 days ?

I don't understand what you mean by the card refund. Is it a card refund if i use a debit card ?

Because i have a bank account and i use a debit card for that account. That's why i said as the card.

whether you used a debit or credit it's still considered as card refund. for refund that used instant bank transfer it will go to your paypal balance but since you used card to make the payment you might need to wait for a couple more days , most case it should appear in your card statement by 3-5 business days but sometimes you really need to wait.

Ok, now i got all the things clear.

Of course, i can wait if my money gets back to my account eventually.

The thing is what should i do if it takes more than a month ? The Paypal doesn't respond to the messages from the Message Center.

there are a lot of ways to contact paypal if you can't call them , you can get in touch with them via facebook or twitter.
