Paypal order status still IN PROGRESS PLEASE HELP

I recently purchased something from the BT shop website, I used my PayPal account that is linked to my Debit Card. the company was paid, and the product was delivered to me yesterday. All of the boxes in my payment details for BT Shop are listed as "Completed" but it still says "In Progress" on the first one that is Order to BT shop just like this (

one of paypal admins replied to my email to paypal here is what she replied and what she relpied is way way not even close to what i asked them so dumb reply

Ivan Dias , I  have reviewed your account and  an authorisation is an agreement between a buyer and a seller. The buyer authorises the seller to take money from their PayPal account to pay for a purchase.

The status of your authorisation appears in your PayPal transaction history under ‘Payment status.’

Here are the 5 statuses of an authorisation:

  • Pending: The seller hasn’t accepted the payment yet. Some sellers wait until an item has been posted and received before they accept the payment.
  • In Progress: A partial amount of the payment has been accepted.
  • Complete: The seller accepted the entire payment amount.
  • Voided: The seller cancelled the payment.
  • Expired: A payment automatically expires after 30 days. Contact the merchant if you would like to rearrange payment.

I am having the same problem My card was charged and I recieved my items from NFL Shop last week and is still listed "in progress" even though my card was charged and I have the items. Now I cannot make changes to my card. Annoying!
