If I buy something with paypal credit that is for example 60 dollars and I pay in full at the next day I'm still going to pay 60 dollars or is there any fees or charges?

No interest as long as you pay balance in full by due date. You'll need to look at your PayPal Credit statement for date and payment requirements.
