Paypal Saying I Have No Money in Account When Trying to Send Money

I recently made a new PayPal account for a business. Soon after, I put in $100 from a My Cash card I bought at 7-11. While trying to send some of that money, PayPal refused the sending and is saying "You must add more funds to your PayPal account before sending more money." I am very frustrated because even though I am unverified, I am supposed to have a $600 spending limit that I haven't used any of. If anyone has any idea what is going on I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you.

Suggest contacting customer support direct with your concerns as no one here can view or access user account details.  (It's possible you may not have something setup properly but, there's no way we can tell.)   Customer should be able to sort things out for you.
