Paypal Instant Transfer down?

I cannt use the Paypal Instant Transfer method on your Paypal Prepaid Mastercard website. Is it down?

Yes , the eta for it to be up is .... sometime today. Hopefully it is up by tomorrow or I'm stuck in the city.

It is now 9 pm and still instant transfer is down. Why is it taking the entire day to fix the issue? This so called team of people must be working really hard to fix the problem......yeah right. This makes me not want to use Paypal anymore at all. To say the least I'm a little upset.

This team of developers must be absolute morons! , they claim they are doing system upgrades and it has taken over 48 hours.? I don't believe it. usually when they do system upgrades you do not do everything at once in case something is broken they do one or two things at a time so in case something is broken they will know where to fix it. I have a feeling something else happened because if their website was down like they claim then why can't you do the transfers over the phone when I called yesterday they told me 24 hours when I called again today they told me again another 24 hours at the longest I think everyone affected by this should demand there for 4.95 monthly fees back for the entire year! this is the only money I have and I cannot transfer it anywhere... if I transferred it to a bank account or to another credit card it would take 3 to 4 days so how is that supposed to help? I have no food to feed my children honestly this is ridiculous I just moved to a new house and needed to do a full grocery shopping when we arrived to an empty refrigerator, we did not Bring any food with us and it has been like that for two days! they do not care but they might if everyone asks for their 495 monthly fees back for the full year to make up for their incompetentS and" inconvenience"!

It has been down all day. They keep saying sometime today it will be up but that was at 1pm eastern time, its now 6:23 eastern time and still nothing. So frustrating, how does it take a "team" of people to fix an issue this long? They need to get it together as people use this feature all the time!!

And they can't give anyone an estimated time it will be fixed, meaning it'll probably be a while. It needs to be tonight, I need to get that money on my card now!

I totally agree. I had a very important bill to pay today and I also needed to get groceries. Thank God I received a one day extension on the billl and my friend was able to lend me money for groceries for the night. But, if this goes on much longer, I am going to be very upset and in a lot of trouble. I hate having my money tied up like this, as I am sure everyone else does too. It always has to happen at the most inconvenient times.
