This team of developers must be absolute morons! , they claim they are doing system upgrades and it has taken over 48 hours.? I don't believe it. usually when they do system upgrades you do not do everything at once in case something is broken they do one or two things at a time so in case something is broken they will know where to fix it. I have a feeling something else happened because if their website was down like they claim then why can't you do the transfers over the phone when I called yesterday they told me 24 hours when I called again today they told me again another 24 hours at the longest I think everyone affected by this should demand there for 4.95 monthly fees back for the entire year! this is the only money I have and I cannot transfer it anywhere... if I transferred it to a bank account or to another credit card it would take 3 to 4 days so how is that supposed to help? I have no food to feed my children honestly this is ridiculous I just moved to a new house and needed to do a full grocery shopping when we arrived to an empty refrigerator, we did not Bring any food with us and it has been like that for two days! they do not care but they might if everyone asks for their 495 monthly fees back for the full year to make up for their incompetentS and" inconvenience"!
