I cannt use the Paypal Instant Transfer method on your Paypal Prepaid Mastercard website. Is it down?

Then it adds a *bleep* in my comment on here? What the heck? I didn't even write any bad words. So weird.

I just called the again and they said they FINALLY heard from their techs and it will be fixed tonight or tomorrow at the latest. I hope so, but I'm not holding my breath.

the only thing that would make sense for such a down time is a complete cascade failure. which means every drive that holds our information had to be backed up, drives replaced, and then everything transfered to new drives.
if that is the case, i'm amazed they don't have a secondary for this type of failure.

I just got off of the phone with them too. But the woman I spoke with told me that they hadn't heard back from IT and that she couldn't provide me with any information about a time because the system has already been down for two days and they don't want to give out the wrong information. I am hoping that the person who you spoke with is more knowledgeable about what is going on and that this is going to be fixed soon. I didn't feel too hopeful after my conversation with that woman. I need to get groceries so bad. I cannot deal with this for another day. I am hoping that things work out for all of us soon. This has been one of the worst days I can remember in a long time. I told her, also, that it would be nice to have some sort of estimate. I told her that I didn't want to transfer the slow way unless it was absolutely necessary. I mean, it would have been nice if we all could have had a heads up yesterday so that we wouldn't have to check all day long to see if the transfer feature was working, when they knew it wouldn't be. Anyway, I hope this nightmare ends soon. I have had enough.

This forum will be DOWN by weeks end, when it gets hacked by some smart **bleep** that gets fed-up after it's DAY 6 of no transfers.

The first 24 hours were fine...after 48 hours I started to stalk the forums and Facebook....now almost 72 hours in I feel like I'm going crazy. I can't do anything but check and check and check to see if it's working.
I hope it's true that it will be fixed tonight or tomorrow morning or we are all going to go nuts. I just don't get why they couldn't put out a statement or something 2 days ago when this happened. The silence is what makes me wonder what's going on.

It's become obvious by now, Paypal simply doesn't care about its customers. They have gotten so big, they feel if they lose a few hundred customers it's no big deal. I mean, nothing on their site, nothing on their facebook page, no explanations, no placations, just a canned "we're sorry about your inconvenience" with no explanations. I hope they lose more then a few hundred of customers, it's time to show them NO COMPANY is too big to forget about their customers, to treat their customer as if they didn't matter. Paypal has lost my business and hopefully much more business than mine. I really hope to see the MAJORITY of their business go elsewhere, so they can wake up and realize CUSTOMERS MATTER!!!!
