Paypa is holding my payment

i am trying to sell an item which i have pending. th ebuyer has paid me the money from paypal but paypal wants me to send them verification of shipping. is this good or scam. what can i do. thanks.

My personal suggestion is to NOT sell the MacBook on the itnernet.  High demand electronics are very high risk for failure.  You still have an option to cancel the money request.

You will have no way to prove it worked when it arrived in the case where the buyer claims non-working.  You have no PayPal seller protection of items not working.

Sugest you spend some days reviewing other seller issues on this forum and see what problems they really have.

After you understand PayPal better, when you are ready to sell something, start small and send a detailed PayPal invoice rather than a money request.

One more thing after reviewing all of the additional information:  I think the email you receved is not from PayPal and it is a scam to get your computer while you get no money.

thats what i thought. so then i cancel it and find a buyer that pays cash or is in ausralia. thank you very much for your help. .thanks
