I'm tring to purchase an item through paypal but the money won't go through and it just says "contact Paypal".
I've looked on their forums, and it just says "confirm bank" or "confirm card" which i have done numerous times and yet it still isn't allowing me to make the payment.

I am having the same problem. I can't pay for my ebay item, I can't send money to anyone else, and I do it seem to be able to get my money back that was transferred into this account for the purpose of paying for my ebay item. Tried sending messages to Paypal, but I just get back bs automated responses that don't relate to my particular problem. Fed up and over it!
