Payment still hasnt reached seller!

I bought two items through Paypal on an app called depop, it has been two weeks since i made the payments, the money has left my account and the status is 'completed' however the seller is still saying she hasnt got the money? I made a seperate payment through 'money sent' to the same seller and it went through no problem?? I have gone through every possible way of contacting paypal except calling and have had no response in about a week.

Does the seller say its pending?
Have you clicked on the transaction in YOUR paypal account and double checked whether the email address you sent the payment to was valid without any typos.

I'll ask her if its pending, and yes i have checked the email it is correct as it is exactly the same as the one i sent her money through. She has said there is nothing there to see - nothing pending either.
