I've been attemtping to place an order online this evening. I have used PayPal many, many times before (actually many times a week actually). However, with this particular order, I keep getting the error, "Payment has not been authorized by the user."
What does this mean?
A quick Google search suggests that this is on my bank's end. I have plenty of funds on the card, so what is the issue?
