My issue I have is the following...
I have sent a payment to a seller as I am the Buyer. He is a nice seller so there is no conflict in what is happening. but the situation is...
I want to cancel a payment, the seller has an account set up so that my money is unclaimed until he accepts. when its accepted it changes to complete usually.
I however want to cancel the payment, I have a confirmation email from PP saying that the payment has been accepted but on my PP it still says its a unclaimed pending transation instead of Complete, I left it for 30 mins, no change, then a few hours, then a 24 hours and still no change. I have seen no forum for this, is it a possible error or has this happened to anyone else? please let me know
